Overview

How might we create a more accessible travel experience for passengers with limited arm / hand strength and mobility that want to travel with a carry-on suitcase?

Pain points

  • Difficulty maintaining a grip on the handle of their suitcase

  • Tough to pull the suitcase around through the airport by themselves

  • Typical luggage trolleys still require strong grip and must be steered manually.

Solution
A device that can move passenger's luggage on its own without them having to exert any manual force on it. This device should ideally be able to securely fit any size carry-on to ensure that it doesn't shift while it is moving.

How might we create an adaptable, intuitive, hands-free experience?

I am currently updating the documentation of this project, but since you're here why don't you check out this project instead?
